Acceptable use of Tamazia services

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to anyone using the tamazia.co.uk website, our forms, our published content, or any service Tamazia delivers under engagement.
What you must not do
You must not use Tamazia services to send unsolicited bulk communications, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property rights of third parties, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, automate scraping at rates that disrupt our infrastructure, or impersonate any person or entity. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or which incites violence.
Use of forms
The contact, briefings, and audit forms on tamazia.co.uk are intended for genuine commercial enquiries. Repeated submissions of fictitious or test data are blocked at the Cloudflare edge. Automated submissions without a human present are rejected by our bot defences.
Use of published content
Articles, case studies, and other content on tamazia.co.uk are published for the personal and professional reading of visitors. They may be linked to and quoted in passing under fair-dealing principles. They may not be republished in full, used to train artificial intelligence models, or reproduced in any service Tamazia would consider competing without prior written permission. Our /robots.txt records the relevant opt-outs.
Enforcement
Breaches may result in immediate revocation of service access, blocking at the network level, removal of content, and where the breach is material we may pursue injunctive relief or damages. We notify the relevant law-enforcement authority where conduct constitutes a criminal offence.
